Features and Benefits
- For use to seal openings, gaps, joints and gussets in fire protection systems.
- The Tangit FP 450 fire protection compound can also be used in accordance with the MLAR model wiring system guideline of 10.02.2015 to close openings in room-enclosing building components (walls and ceilings) through which the following cables are routed:
- Electrical cables, e.g. power cables, telephone cables, EDP cables, fibre optic cables.
- Combustible pipelines, e.g. PB, PE, PVC, composite pipes as well as empty pipes for electrical lines up to a maximum outer pipe diameter of 32 mm.
- Non-combustible pipelines, e.g. copper, steel and cast iron up to a maximum outer pipe diameter of 160 mm.
