Self-expanding for sealing most different cable/pipe ducts regardless of the penetration shape.
Flexible and uncomplicated later installation of cables and pipes.
Excellent, cost-saving foam yield of approx. 3.5 liters per cartridge.
Rapid curing: cuttable after approx. 4 minutes, final strength after approx. 20 minutes.
Meets the requirements of DIN 4102 and MLAR 2005/LAR/RbALei.
Future-proof due to compliance with the European standard EN 1366.
Hardly inflammable acc. to DIN 4102 (B1).

Packaging Details

For fire-resistant and smoke-tight sealing of pipe, cables and cable trays as well as mixed penetrations. Also, for openings up to 50 x 25 to 35 x 35 cm resp. 35 cm diameter and well suited for acoustic and thermal insulation.
Required amount: Approx. 6 cartridges are required for an empty bulkhead of 35 x 35 cm.

Tangit FP 800 Fire Protection Coating is a required system component for use in conjunction with Tangit FP 550 Fire Protection Foam.
Fire-resistant penetrations must be equipped with an identification plate.

The substrate must be clean and dust-free.

Discard the pre-foam (approx. 3 squeezes) until the material is completely mixed.

The foam is cuttable after only approx. 4 minutes.

After cleaning the opening, the cartridge can be closed again.

Spare mixers are available (Tangit FP 504 mixers).
