Intended
 Use

 

  • Universally deployable thread sealing for all metal thread to directly seal water-, gas- and pneumatic pipes. Especially suitable for quick processing at low temperatures and ideal for hot-, cold-, water and gas and gas piping systems (not allowed for gas indoor installation).

 

Required amount:

  • The usage is dependent on the thread diameter.
  • Sufficient for approximately 150 threads by 1/2 threads.

 

Please note:

  • Properly tightened fittings will seal instantly to moderate pressures. For maximum pressure resistance and solvent resistance allow the product to cure a minimum of 24 hours.

Applications  

Step 1

Clean the thread with a cleaner and a paper tissue to make sure that make sure it's grease- and dust-free. 

Step 2

Apply the product 360° in circular direction on to the beginning of the external thread, do not apply the product to the first turn of the thread.

Step 3

Force the material up to the thread root, to correctly fill up the intermediate spaces.

Step 4

Join the pipe thread together according to customs, until the alignment is correct.
